For all of you that continue to support us and for those of you that have been interested in our services we thank you for your continued support. MH Web Design has come a long way since we started early this year.

We have successfully completed over 50 Web Projects and additional graphic design and website maintenance projects since February 2015. We have had amazing feedback from many of our clients and we continue to hear great things.

Realization

A Few months ago however we have started to break apart what it is that we do and how we deliver it. We have come to realize that we were not setting our selves apart from our competition. We were focused on commodity level products and services that just about every other website design company offers. Once we realized this, we decided it was time for a big change.

Since this discovery, we have created new partnerships that would set us in a new direction that would ultimately set us apart from the competition. Building a successful online business is not an easy task and this is why in early July we partnered with Visions Local Marketing to deliver effect online marketing strategies geared toward the success of our clients. The services offered by Visions Local Marketing are crucial to the success of any online business.

But we did not stop there.

We have reached out to many leaders in the industry who have helped us develop a new strategy moving forward. Brent Weaver, Chief Executive Officer at Ugurus, started creating web-based businesses when he was 15 years old and never stopped. Most notably he grew a Denver-based web agency to a team of fourteen and sold it in 2012. Since then he has been building a new business, uGurus, that helps web designers, developers, and marketers build more profitable businesses.

We no longer focus on Commodity Level products or services.

The success of MH Web Design is directly related to the value we deliver and the success of our clients. Website design is a small piece of a larger puzzle. Simply delivering a website to our client is not enough. A website alone will not guarantee your success online. It takes a well thought out online strategy that starts with us getting to know your business, your customers, your market and your competition before any planning or designing can take place. We strive to go above and beyond that of our competition and focus on developing effective online strategies that ultimately lead to your success.

Here is how the process works.

A prospective client contacts us looking for a web solution for their business. We set up a short 20 to 30 min phone call where we dig into their business to determine if there are any real problems we can help solve and if we are a good fit to work with one another. We then commit to the Discovery Process.

Discovery meetings are a series of scheduled meeting conducted in person or over a conference call, where we dig into our prospective clients company. Our Goal is to understand their business as if it were our own. We no longer think of ourselves as a commodity, but rather a partner to their business. Each meeting will have its own Agenda and Objectives.

In total, there will be between 3 to 4 discovery meetings. At the completion of the discovery process, we will provide a solution presentation. This is where MH Web Design takes everything we have learned about our clients company, customers, market, competition and provides a well laid out strategy to move forward. Once everything is agreed upon, we move to the proposal and work plan meeting.

Once a proposal is accepted, we set our client up with access to our project management tool where we together determine our milestones and set our future meeting dates. Our Client will have access to their project and will be able to effectively stay updated as to the status of their project as well as communicate with us along the way.

Once the website is complete and we go live, our client now has 30 days of free support through our 30-day warranty program. After the thirty days, paid support is still offered. We also offer marketing, maintenance, and management packages.

Pricing Effective October 1st.

Every business is different and there for every website is built with a different purpose. Projects can range from as little as $2000 to over $15,000. Pricing in many cases is determined based on the level of difficulty, the strategy, the value of our strategy, man hours, as well as many other factors. Pricing currently starts as low as $69 per hour and is increased based on these factors. For support, we currently charge $69 per hour billable to the half hour. So when support is needed and only requires 20 minutes of support from MH Web Design, you are only billing you for the half hour.

For current customers or inquiries before September 9th, 2015 we are offering you the chance to lock in hours at a rate of $39 per hour. This offer will expire October 1st, 2015 and the rate of $69 per hour will be enforced.

Goals moving Forward

Over the next 6 months, we will continue to refine our processes to ensure that we are delivering a top notch service to all of our clients.

As many of your know, I Michael Hawrylak founder of MH Web Design am a Private Pilot with a passion for aviation. After being involved with aviation growing up and becoming a pilot myself, we have decided that over the next 6 months we will begin to focus our services within the aviation community. Our goal is to further set ourselves apart from the competition by becoming a leader within the aviation community by delivery effective online strategies geared towards aviation companies. Flight Schools, Charter and Rental Operations, Aviation Organizations, FBO's, Cargo and Airlines are among the many that we have set our eyes on moving forward.
