Every day the World-Wide economic activity between various countries become more and more intertwined. The advancement of society is dependent on a stable economy and the life style of individuals is directly dependent on the current economic situation.  Businesses and business owners have one purpose; to make money.  Many owners believe the less they give their workers the more they keep for themselves, but this may only be true to a point.  Workers who make more and are happy at their jobs will produce more and be able to spend more on other products. Employees need to make sufficient pay to enjoy life and business owners need to realize the economic system will not work if there are just millionaires and poor people. The business needs to make money but not at the expense of the employees.  Treating a worker like a slave is a violation of basic human rights.
